FNG-1 = Hoodie's 2.1 Yellowcard
First things first, where the heck are the blocks at Arnie's AO?! YHC arrived at the AO around 0500 to find some but came up empty. As I understand it, we have PopTart to thank for that. What a jerk upstanding citizen.
Anyhow, YHC speeds to the Birkdale Community Park to drop off some heavy objects and makes it to FKT at 0509 to meet the Standard with Matlock, DH, Auto, Frodo, Enron, Mr. Holland, and Slingshot. We return to the parking lot to see that 3 more pax have joined us and we leave promptly at 0530 (Enron left at 0529). Here's what went down.
The Thang
Run to the Arnie's pull-up bars
- 50 merkins in as few sets as possible
- 25 pull ups in as few sets as possible
Run to Birkdale Community Park
- Grab heavy object and run around the park
- Bear crawl out and back on the field
Run to David Kenney Farm Road
- 5 Burpees OYO
Run to Beech Hill doing 5 burpees at every INTERSECTION

Recover. Recover.
Moleskine
- The heavy object carry was well-received. Auto asked on behalf of Matlock if we do stupid things like that every Tuesday or only when YHC is the Q. The answer is always yes.
- DonHo was upset that there was no merlot splashed. Maybe next time!
- Frodo saved it for the end and left YHC in his dust. All things considered, not as bad as running behind DonHo. Friends warn friends before turning on the afterburners DH.
- Nice to meet Matlock who crushed it today. Hope to see him out here more often!
- Nothing brings BGs and GBs together than railing on the Q for not knowing the names of things.
Thanks to those who chose FKT this morning. It wasn't easy, but you're all better for it. Next week Jobe takes us on a field trip. See you all then!
