Pain Stations, first round exercises thanks to Light Bulb, 2 Rounds
- Bear crawl dragging steel coupon down and back, timer for all exercises
- Landmine squats with light pole, alternating shoulders at top of movement
- Shoulder Press with block
Jog up LBH, 30 WWI, back to playground
Pains Stations, Second Round: 2 Rounds
- Pull-ups
- Curls for Girls
- Walking Lunges, down and back, timer
Jog up LBH, 30 WWI, back to playground
Pain Stations, Third Round: 2 Rounds
- Step-ups on bench, 20 reps, timer
- Bent over rows with blocks
- Australian Rows
