Two men joined me for a bit of working out in the gloom.  Light Bulb made his semi-annual appearance!

Warmup:

  1. SSH                                        20 IC
  2. Windmill                              10 IC
  3. Downward Dog                 30 second stretch per leg
  4. Thigh Stretch                     10 seconds per leg

The Thang:

LBH Hill Run + 10 Burpees, run to playground

Pain Stations, first round exercises thanks to Light Bulb, 2 Rounds

  1. Bear crawl dragging steel coupon down and back, timer for all exercises
  2. Landmine squats with light pole, alternating shoulders at top of movement
  3. Shoulder Press with block

Jog up LBH, 30 WWI, back to playground

Pains Stations, Second Round:  2 Rounds

  1. Pull-ups
  2. Curls for Girls
  3. Walking Lunges, down and back, timer

Jog up LBH, 30 WWI, back to playground

Pain Stations, Third Round: 2 Rounds

  1. Step-ups on bench, 20 reps, timer
  2. Bent over rows with blocks
  3. Australian Rows
