Zamperini to the first goal, 5 curls, – Run back to start, 1 burpee
Run to block and Zamperini to next goal, then 10 curls…repeat..next goal and increase rep
Take blocks back…stop at every island… 5 squats with butt touch on block and 5 skull crushers
