We did our own 5k today on our pre-new year calorie burn tour (Office fans will get the title). Tuffy, Tammy Faye, Mulligan, and YHC logged 3.14-3.2 miles (depending on whose watch we used) with 4 pain stations of 25 ‘Mericans and 25 LBCs equating to 100 ‘Mericans and 100 LBCs (aren’t you impressed with YHC’s math skills?). What better way to start the day and end the year by being with F3 brothers!
