Warmup: SSH, IST, carrot pullers, wind mill, shoulder touches (NOT shoulder touch merkins, Dingo), mountain climbers, plank jacks

 

Thang: in the spirit of the Iron Pax challenge (thanks to Fescue for replaying it back in March):

50 X Air Squats

40 X Big Boi Sit Ups (used cinder blocks to keep feet in place)

30 X Merkins

20 X Bonnie Blairs (Jump Lunges, both legs = 1 rep)

10 X Burpees

400M run

4 rounds for time…or just to finish
