Today's workout had almost 7 full minutes of thoughtful planning. No idea what you'd call it as it had something resembling burpee suicides mixed in with increasing kettlebell exercises at one end.

Warmorama:

Zamporini to Lowes parking lot, SSH, IST, Merican, Mountain Climbers, Cotton Picker, Windmills, and a short jog around the parking lot.

Thang:

Starting from the East end of parking lot, in order, 12 in cadence each exercise;

1) Outhouse curls, jog to first line, 3 burpees and back

2) Outhouse curls, Skull crusher, jog to 2nd line, 3 burpees and back

3) Outhouse curls, skull crusher, upright rows, jog to 3rd line, 3 burpees and back

4) Curls, crushers, URR, Overhead press, jog to 4th line, 3 burpees & back

5) curls, crushers, URR, OP, LBC, jog to 5th line, 3 burpees & back

6) curls, crushers, URR, OP, LBC, and Shambalas*, jog to west end, 3 burpees and back

* Shambalas – YHC didn't pick the name, just the exercise. It is essentially a standing bench press. Squeeze the kettlebell between your hands directly in front of your sternum, then press it straight out fully and return it back to starting position.

Mary:

– Zamporini back to AO Start, LBC, Flutter, & Freddy Mercs

Moleskin:

As we ended at the same spot of Tick Tock's fight club, they were practicing how to use an opponents clothing to choke them out. Sounds fun.
