2 Pax were present in the gloom @ the #MightyJungle. Here’s what went down:

A round of 52 card pickup began:
Each Pax drew a card. All numbered cards resulted in Pax choice of exercise for the number of reps on the card plus 10 (with or without blocks). All non numbered cards (Royals, Aces, Jokers which represent 34.6% of a deck) results in an immediate round of SHARKNADO consisting of:
-15 burpees
Run 1 lap
-20 diamond ‘Mericans
Run 1 lap
-20 WWII’s
Run 1 lap
-20 ‘Mericans
Run 1 lap
-20 Carolina Dry Docks
In total, we did 3 rounds of Sharknado resulting in 45 burpees; 60 WWII’s; 60 diamond ‘Mericans; 60 ‘Mericans; and 60 Carolina Dry Docks and a lot of laps (12 laps).
For numbered cards drawn, we did:
-Overhead press
-Skull crusher
-Squat
-Chest press
-Deadlift
-WWI
-Low flutter
-Suzanne Somers (both sides)
-Arm extensions w/ block
-Lbc
-Block Jump up’s

Thanks to Mulligan for showing. It was great spending time with him. YHC thinks it was divine intervention given our conversation. You are a solid guy brother, and YHC has really enjoyed getting to know you over the past 2+ years. We’re here if you need us for anything with your father or just to talk.

-Toby’s family appreciates the prayers and support during their time of loss of his father-in-law. Please continue to pray for his mother-in-law, wife, and family. Also pray for peace for a man named Dillon and his family who were involved in the incident.

Invite that #just1 who needs you more than you know (an invitation is a powerful thing brothers). If none of those work for you, just show up. No one will be left behind, but it all starts with the discipline to take one step on your own.
