Tammy Faye wasn’t going to let me sad clown this one. I rolled in and he was there, waiting in shorts. What rain?

We did a quick loop around Brentfield Road and back to the clubhouse, about 1.6 miles. Grabbed some blocks and then we worked out. When the rain increased, we put on a show for the clubhouse cameras.

We talked about the loss of my nephew Michael, a young man who was always a joy to be around. We enjoyed talking about cooking and he was an incredibly generous and kind person.  His death hits hard and it continues to hit hard for all of us, especially my sister and her family. I miss him so much already.

December 9th is also my 8-year anniversary of the catalyst that brought me to F3, which was being in dire need of heart surgery. All is well with the ticker these days. No meds are needed. No special handling for me. Just staying active is the bare minimum.
