thang:
each grab a block
20 block swings
20 curls
20 overhead press
20 squats with block
20 lunges with block
20 skull crushers
20 rocky Balboa
20 mericans
20 lawnmower pulls each arm
20 v ups with a block
run to the end of the parking lot and back
repeat
run again
repeat exercises again but with 15 reps
retturn the blocks
