No one signed up to Q but Deadhead & Flo showed up expecting a workout. 
 

so the two decided to do-Q

 

mosey to the back of the school 

warm up:

10 windmills 

15 SSH

10 IST

10 long snappers

thang:

each grab a block

20 block swings

20 curls 

20 overhead press

20 squats with block

20 lunges with block 

20 skull crushers 

20 rocky Balboa

20 mericans 

20 lawnmower pulls each arm

20 v ups with a block 

run to the end of the parking lot and back 

repeat

run again 

repeat exercises again but with 15 reps 

retturn the blocks

50 hip dips each side to satisfy the #50forfitness challenge

great work by Deadhead  it was great chatting up with him  we were both glad this morning didn't turn out to be a sad clown car
