Two Middles for the Price of One

13 strong showed at the Brickyard as Cheez Whiz gave me the keys this morning!

Warmup:

SSH x 15

IST x 10

Windmill x 10

Mosey to Iron Thunder, for a little Top, Middle Top, Middle Bottom and Bottom.

The Thang:

Bottom

20 Merkins going down by 2 reps each time

Middle Bottom

2 x Burpees every time you pass

Middle Top

5 x Jump Squats every time you pass

Top

2 Dry Docks going up by 2 reps each time

We started off 5 penalty burpees for some of the pax running off and not follwing the Q to Iron Thunder.  We then proceeded to the top to start the workout.  Mumble chatter was in full effect during the warm up but quickly died off once we got into the Thang.  Apparently, two middles is frowned upon here in Race City.

We mosey'd back to the start around 06:00 for 5 more penalty burpees and a quick Mary, which included 20-25 LBC's (I think, not sure as Brushless' counting fell off somewhere after 13), 10 x Snow Angels, 10 x WWII and 20 x Miami Pickle Pushers.

We welcomed Bary Shnikov (FNG-1) to the pax.  Wish Chicken Little was able to be there to see his excercise become a pax name.  We also welcomed a Raleigh F3'er in Bobby Doll (FNG-2) who may be at some of the workouts later this week.  Crack showed up, to show us how out of shape he is, as he lapped us all effortlessly.  Brushless gave us his best Purple Helmet impression.   We prayed for Crack's aunt, Serpentine's mother and Shambala's neighbor's mother, who are all dealing with illness.  It was a pleasure to lead this group of fine men.
