Warming up for next week's Holiday, the PAX got a taste of a Monday HOLIDAY
I got to the Green bringing visitors to the PRoD – we were exactly on time – not "a minute late" – Canuck. So it was a little hectic and confirming exact numbers was tough. I knew we were close – so we proceeded without breaking into two smaller groups. Made sure to head to the Stadium which allowed us to maintain much social distancing.
Following a warm up at the Green – we moseyed to the stadium.
Hit the track – 10 Man Maker Mericans IC
THE THANG
We broke into two groups.
As group one did an exercise – group two ran to the top of the stadium and back down.
Flip Flop – Repeato
For each exercise – each PAX completed two sets and two climbs and then waited for further instruction.
Round 1 – Mericans
Round 2 – LBCs
Mosey around the track – stopping at the endzones and the 50's
At our stops we did 10, 15, 10, 15 Squats In Cadence
Round 3 – Incline Mericans
Round 4 – Low Flutters
Mosey around the track – at the 4 stops we did 10 alternating lunges each leg OYO
Mosey back to the green.
MARY MARY – Why you buggin'?
Pretzel Crunch, Rosalita, 20 WW2 Sit-ups OYO

BACK IN PERSON MOLESKINE
– Great group. Glad to see many of you for the first time in a while.
– Brought my two homeboys – Deep Dish and Little Professor. During the shut down we've been doing 3 work outs a week at 5:30. Shout Out to Little Professor who at 16 is up and at em before most of his peers.
– Little Professor was the War Baby. About 50 years younger than the War Daddy – RBG. There was much R-E-S-P-E-C-T around the COT today.
– So much mumble chatter this morning. The majority was directed at Crude, which took the heat off of YHC.
– Looking forward to everyone getting back into the normal routine. It's been too long.
Peace,
HOLIDAY
