“Two tickets to the Gun Show”

This morning 6 Pax members and possibly some runners ,  (but if you didnt stay for the CoT it doesnt count) showed up to was methodically designed workout.  The objective:  to work on your soccer arms. 
Warmorama:  

  • Mosey around the fountain.
  • SSH
  • IST
  • Vegetation Puller
  • Mountain Climber
  • Merkins
  • Curls
  • Skullcrusher
  • Shambalas

The Thang:

  • Mosey to the Lowe's Parking Lot.
  • Pax would stop at each island. Exercise, return to the start. 10 dry docks.
  • Go back to the next island. and the next, and so forth.
  • It was confusing, poorly planned and the PAX did not waste a second to show the displeasure towards YHC.
  • But the good news is that we did so many curls I had use a straw to drink my coffee this morning.
  • Back to the circle for Mary.

Moleskin:

Small but mighty number this morning at the Rock.  We have a lot going on that may be keeping us away from posting.  Some of our members are dealing with health issues and we wish them all quick and healthy recovery.  Personal struggles, work stress and challenging times can sometimes derail you.  The one thing I know is that I always feel a little bit better after every beatdown.

The last thing I'll add:  "Be kind, for everyone who you meet is fighting a battle you may know nothing about".
