Mosey Lap around PL with 11 or so stops for 8 x: Burpees, dips, steps, CHS, Merkins,Lunge Walk, pull ups on Aussie Bars.
Mosey lap around practice field. 10 circuits on stairs with burpees at bottom and squats at the top. Mosey circuit to top of PL for: Dips at top and merkins at bottom total of 8.
