Lap around lot with stops for:burpees, squats,dips,step ups, merkins,lunge walk,wall sit, 3 sets of pull ups on Aussie Bars. B back to AO, did KB: curls, press, SC,Trifecta,rows,LM pulls, squats, dead lift, sit ups. To first line of PL to do KB drags adding +1 merkin after 4 drags till reach 10. Did couple of runs and KBs up to AO.
