Twenty-four emerged from the misery of a week's worth of TPRoD's "Most Hated Qs" and the dreaded two-hour Army-Navy beatdown to enjoy a kindler, gentler workout.

- Round 4 (w/ bricks) – Tricep kickbacks x 10 IC, low flutter x 15 IC, tricep kickbacks x 10 IC, low flutter x 15 IC, tricep kickbacks x 10 IC. (At this point the brighter PAX members began to recognize a pattern). Back to pavers.
- Round 5 (w/ pavers) – Bench press x 10 IC, Jane Fonda x 15 IC, bench press x 10 IC, Jane Fonda x 15 IC, bench press x 43 IC. Originally the plan was to stop the last set of bench presses at 20 or 25. Once YHC went past ten the mumblechatter erupted as the blessed pattern had been broken and Genghis said, "he's probably going to his age." Great idea, Genghis.

Great work today, men!
It's hard to believe I've been doing this for two years! Thank you to OBC for introducing me to this amazing group of men. At the time I had just finished the Thunder Road half-marathon in a personal best time. I figured how hard could a 45 minute workout be when I just ran for about an hour and 45 minutes. My first workout (12/16/14) was lead by Lou's Bitch and I think we did more pushups in the warmup than I had ever done at one time in my life! By the time he was done having us do even more pushups and numerous paver exercises I was beat down and unable to lift my arms to wash my hair that morning.
