Run to rick pile at Robbins Park
low curl 10x, high curl 10x, full curls 10x, skull crushers 10x
Run to elevation church
Each pick a parking spot, 5 merkins plank walk down parking spot line, 5 merkins, plank walk, 5 merkins, plank walk, 5 merkins
Run to the fountain
Plank walk around the fountain and 1 merkins at each crack
Run back to homebase

A lot of mumble chatter from Kid Rock and Hall Monitor so I need to call some burpees during warm up.
We definitely had to do some rock curls since I was leaving for the beach on the next day.
It was busy with buses at elevations church entrance so we need to use the parking lot lines away from the elevation church entrance area.
It was like running thru a jungle with the weeds being so tall on the final stretch back on 73 right before Birkdale Village.
