6:30: Beatdown Standard
Lego led YHC, Hoodie, and Buckeye on a half hour beatdown standard including a warm-up, pull ups, dips, mericans, sqauts, fun with rocks, and mary. Thanks for taking the lead on that!
7:00: Ultimate!
8 of LKN's finest showed up for some perfect ultimate weather and fun times by all.
Dynamic warm up
Split up into teams:
Team 1: Hoodie, Jersey Boy, Lego, Mr. Holland
Team 2: Buckeye, PB&J, Waffle House, 9 Lives
The Games:
Team 1 took game one hadedly while Team 2 was working through the lack of light and a lot of frisbee's hit the ground.
Game two went with Team 2 as the dropped frisbee affliction went to Team 1 as we couldn't catch a frisbee to save our lives (we blame the Whole 30 diet half of our team was on)

Thanks Lego for leading the Beatdown standard, I had never done one before and it was fun.
Good games played by both teams, and no injuries is always a plus!
We found out quickly that if you play Ultimate with 9 Lives make sure he is ready before throwing off.
If anyone needs Rasberry's contact Lego, he's got a few after laying out for a catch.
