0520 – YHC and Jobe arrive to start their 50 burpee standard. Popcorn joins in late.

Run up Birkdale commons to Brentfield
- Low flutter x 25 IC
Run to Auto's playground
- Merkins x 15 IC
Get in the snow
- Burpees x 10 OYO
Run back to Birkdale Commons, make way to Babe Stilwell
- stop for 10 burpees

- Low Flutter x 25 IC
Attempt to run to water treatment plant, way too icy, turn around and go down Babe Stilwell a little bit.
- Stop for Merkins x 15 IC
Run back to launch stopping at 12 street lamps for 5 burpees OYO at each. Finish run back.
Recover. Recover.
Moleskine
- 100 burpees on the day (150 for those who completed the burpee standard). Not too shabby.
- Original plan was either suicides or a Sharknado but the parking lot was way too icy so we took to the main roads. YHC had to come up with the workout on the fly. It was a rocky start but the street lamp burpees saved the day.
- Auto is scared of a little snow.
- Jobe is an absolute unit. Tryna get like you my boy!
Thanks to everyone who came the my 3rd year anniversary of F3. I'm in a much better place than I was 3 years ago and I have all of you to thank for that! Here's to year 4!
