The rain threatened but never revealed itself.
The warm-up involved slower exercises in quick tempo to the prior exercise.
Mtn Climbers, Abe Vigodas, break dance, Merkins, SSH and Forward straddle hops, CDD with Pigeon stretch.
We hit the ball field with 8 count Body builders to find our way (1 at st, 2 and 2nd…). Planked with full set of arm and leg "positionings"
Then we rounded the bases in more challenging mode (bear crawl to 1st, crab to 2nd, bear to 3rd, crab home with more planking).
Last trip around the bases involved 10 squats at 1st, 20 and 2nd, …40 at home.
Mosey around to the rock pile on Westmoreland where we each found an appropriately weighted friend for curls, OH press, skull crushers, Chest press, squats and some more curls. We released the rocks back to the wild and moseyed to the back section of the park for some more Merkins.
We hit the big wall for Peoples' chair (two rounds with OH presses for one and Jazz hands for 2nd round); Peter Parkers to split the two. We then did Balls to the Wall ending with a 10 count by Little Professor.
Moseyed back home for some Mary:
low flutter, Low dollies, wrapping up with Jane Fonda's
I think I got it all. Thanks Omaha for the mumble chatterer (I think)
I hadn't see Wipeout in a while. Welcome back.
OshKosh's friend/FNG was passing through the area and joined us. Learned at coffeteria that he's a Nephrologist and headed to San Antonio to practice. Great guy and good to see the Pax bringing visitors thru a bootcamp. Pray he hooks up in Texas and continues this great experience we all need.
Thanks for asking me to Q, Eyore!
