The Thang
- 400 Warm up
- 8 x 25 drills
- 10 x 50 on 1:10 Breath 3
- 10 x 50 on 1:10 Odds breath right, Even Left
- 4 x 25 working on spotting
- 200 cool down
The Moleskin
- Every PAX took a turn during the 50s with a strap around the ankles. This drill was done to get folks ready for the Kiawah ocean swim in the event a leg cramped up. Shake hated the drill which is why I know it was good.
