  • At the bench: Dips x 15, Incline x 10, Decline x 10

The Thang:

Circling the Drain: 3 light poles around the grass courtyard: exercise at one light, run one lap and 1/3. repeato same exercise, 1.3 lap until back to first light.

  • Burpees
  • Squats
  • Mericans
  • WWII

Merican Quarter Mile: Mosey back to start via sidewalk, doing 5 mericans at each tree.

Follow the Leader: keep up with Surf-n-Turf running through the hood…

Moleskine:

  • Another exploration workout at the HT: Good fun and a bit of sweat. Another ~2 miles, and 100 mericans just at the trees!

  • Pectus Excavatum is a condition usually considered cosmetic unless having a clinical significance for the person.  A great pick-up line:  "Hey babe, want to see my bowl?" or "How about a body shot from this?"  If you are stuck in the woods with ice cream and bananas without a container, PE comes in handy.  To use it for tossing salad is probably not advisable, though.  If anything, you have a career as a drug mule.
