Main Event
Run to corner of Overlook Mountain Drive and Overlook Cove Road – LAUNCH POINT!!
10 merkins at launch point. Run to first mailbox up the hill on OMD for 10 abs of choice. Run back to launch point for 10 merkins. Run to first mailbox for 10 abs of choice, Run to second mailbox for abs of choice (different abs exercise at each mailbox – Q was heavily monitoring for variety), Run to launch point for 10 merkins……….do this until we got to 6 mailboxes.
Run to gazebo at boat launch parking lot. Take in the penmanship of Natty Lite from yesterday's Muscle Beach workout in the parking lot. Heard during workout……"Natty doesn't have quite the penmanship of El Tigre."
Gazebo set using picnic tables: 15 derkins, 15 step-ups, 15 dips X 3 rounds
Indian run back to clubhouse. Once again, Grip blew his wad on the downhill portion of the run…..even amidst some commentary by the Pax.
Wrapped with OYO set: 20 merkins, 20 leg lifts, 20 merkins, 20 crunchy frogs, 20 merkins.
Serious grunting and groaning happening during this last part but we got through it.

Moleskin
- Triathalon on Saturday at 8am. Swim starts from boat launch at 8am following the playing of the National Anthem. Thanks to Natty and others for setting this up. 911 was pumping hard on the bike before and after the workout…..dude is going to be ready to dominate!! (Glad he's on my team)
- Grip heading down to Key Largo on Saturday. Life jacket is packed and will be worn on the beach. Pictures forthcoming. Guy has chaffeurs lined up for drop off and pick up……High Roller.
- The workout gap has been pretty much closed between Grip and Q. Good work man. You called it.
- Germanator heading to the homeland for 2 weeks this weekend. Safe travels bro. Schnitzel on the menu??
- Pinky and Margaret Ann holding down the fort at the Edel house again. Pinky trying to get some status by funding all these airplane rides for the family.
- Thankful for so much and asked for a lot on the way out. Great work fellas.
