The rotation between stations was a runner to the 3rd Island and back. You have to be back before the count of 12, if not 3 burpees for everyone.

  • Kettle Bell front arm raise

  • Curl Bar curls

  • Sit up bench decline

  • Jump rope

  • 35 lb dumb bell bent over row

  • 35lb dumb bell extension press

  • Squat with paint cans – but touch on center block

  • Merkins using merkin bars

  • Line jumps

  • Chest press laying on center block

  • Band curls with 2lb dumb bells

The Pax was surprised at the set up, and yes I had to get up early to get there and layout; anything for your fitness.

The Force was unimpressed when I pulled out the little white rope for the jump rope, he wanted to get his big black rope…..each gets the job done.

Gabani has a motor, he was pushing through each set.
