Warm-o-rama

10 side straddle hops, 10 IST, 10 inchworms, 10 merkins, 10 squats

The Thang

exercises will be assigned, you will do 2 of every exercise and then run up one level of the deck and back. Then add 2 more, increasing to 12 of each exercise between runs. 

1st set- curls squats, shoulder press

2nd set- curtsy lunges, skull crushers, Russian twists

3rd set- chest press, mountain climbers, man makers

Core Work- 10 teapots left, 10 teapots right, 10 Romanian deadlifts.

Finish off by passing around Mary.
