Partner up for "catch me if you can" Partner A runs quadraphilia while B does 3 burpees then catches partner A. Flapjack and repeato for a lap.
Run over into "Clubber drive" Hit every stop with a "Perals on a string" approach. (Run, 2 exercises, repeat) mixing in various moves, speeds, forwards and backwards.
Back to the parking lot launch pad, swap partners. A goes left, B goes right. Run around the parking lot. Wherever you meet up on the other side, turn around and come back. (Keeps it scalable)
