Using the Jungle to its Fullest

St. Marks provides an amazing backdrop for any workout, particularly when it’s cold.  So we used a bunch of it.

We moseyed around the parking lot, reaching the Northeast corner.

Warmup

  • Lap around the parking lot
  • 25x SSH
  • 15x Toy Soldier
  • 15x Imperial storm trooper
  • 10x Long snapper
  • 10x slow windmill
  • 15x Mountain climber
  • 10x merkins

Then we grabbed blocks.  

  • 10x curls
  • 10x skull crushers
  • 10x low squat
  • 10x chest press with an exercise
  • 10x rock the block
  • 10x weighted BBCs
  • lap around island

 Not once.  Not twice.  But thrice.

Then we moseyed to Ransom Road.

  • 10x monkey humpers
  • 10x calf raises  
  • 10x slow deep squat

Then we moseyed to the stairs.

  • sprint up stairs
  • 10x merkins
  • sprint down the stairs
  • 10x squats
  • 30 sec peoples chair
  • peoples chair exercise 

not once.  Not twice.  But thrice.

we moseyed to the front of the church, did mobility work, and recover, recover.
