10 count then mosey to The Beach (square in Macaulay), but head to the nice wide open green area for some cool grass exercises:
bear crawl to “the stanchion”, merkins than crab walk back
lunge walk to stanchion, LBCs, jog back
”sprint” past stanchion, squats, than quadrophelia back
mosey back to queens corner for you know what, Freddie mercurys
mosey back to launch for 6MOM – exercises called by Pax (j-lo, of course, and various others).

great showing by all in attendance, it was good to get a lead in after many weeks/months not leading. After a month to plan, YHC was called out for “making it up as we went along”. Confirmed and that’s how it goes. Amen had been calling me out for not signing up so I hope it was worth it. I enjoyed anyway.
