Fartlek regulars made it out this am for a 9-Lives / Gladiator fly-by and continued on to get about 5 1/2 miles. Enjoyed the fellowship as YHC returns from a family vacation. Thanks Crabby for the opportunity to lead and thanks Jorel for taking us out.
