Very Late and Very Skinny

YHC is horrendously late with this BB, appologies for that, but I did want to make sure that credit was given where credit was due, and all 14 PAX in attendance certainley earned their credit this day!

Warmorama was standard, SSH, IST, TS, Windmill, Carrot Farmmer (aka cherry farmer, aka potato farmer, aka spud tugger), slow mericans, slow squats.

The Thang: Details are fuzzy at this point, and YHC winged it to start with, but it went a little something like this:

Four Corners ladder around the parking lot: Corner 1: shoulder press (w/ block), Corner 2: 'Mericans. Corner 3: Squats, Corner 4: Curls and Skull Crushers with Rocks.  We started with 5 reps, then 10 reps, then 15 reps (all IC).  YHC cut it there and took the PAX on a journey up to the upper parking lot.  

PAX Split into teams of 3 (one of 4) for some 3 man (or 4 man) Dora.  PAX 1 hanging on something on the jungle gym (leg raises or pull ups for extra credit), PAX 2 peoples chair on the opposite wall, and PAX 3 running between. We did 3 or 4 rounds of this, then moseyed back down for Mary.

Mary was short and sweet with some low flutters, LBC's, Pretzel crunches and ending with low flutters.
