– Long jog to soccer field

– SSH x 20 ic

– IST x 20 ic

– Merkins x 10 ic

– Mtn Climbers x 15 ic

– Windmill x 20 ic

– Toy soldier x 15 ic

Partner up for Wheel barrel across the entire soccer field

– Partner #1- 20 strides of wheel barrel with 5 wheel barrel merkins….switch

– Partner #2- 20 strides of wheel barrel with 5 wheel barrel merkins

Split into two groups for indian run

– Group #1- last man doing 5 merkins before running to front (clock wise direction around track)

– Group #2- last man doing 5 merkins before running to front (counter clockwise direction)

Indian Run – repeato for 2 total laps around track

Sprint from end of soccer field to the center of soccer field

– Jack Webb- 10 & 1 / 9 & 2 / etc…….. with a little Q scew up somewhere in the counting

Jog to Rock pile

– Curls x 10 / Front press x 10 / Scull crusher x 10

Jog to upper pavilion

– People chair + 25 airpresses ic

Jog to parking lot for Mary

– LBC's x 25 ic

– Low Flutter x 15 ic

– Rosalita x 15 ic

 – Crunchy Frog x 10 ic
