Warm Up

– little mosey around the parking lot
– 1 min jump rope
– SSH

– Bend over and reach back between your legs
– plank to pigeon stretch 

Work Out
– 1 min. drill x 4: Merkins, LBC, squats, SSH

– run across parking lot – 10 burpees, run back 10 squats, repeat 8, 6, 4, 2

– 1 min jump rope

– jogged to park bench: 15 step ups each leg, 20 incline Merkins, 30 dips

– jogged to rock pile: 30 shoulder press, 30 curls – run to bottom of hill, run back finishing with bear crawl – repeat

– Jog back to parking lot – 1 min jump rope

MOLE Skin
– Canuck modified on the jump rope and got a little standard but we caught up at the benches
– I hope that when I pass the Five O mark I can hit these workouts the with the same energy Bagboy and Jersey Boy Bring
– Been bumping into Titan at more and more AO, they guy has the same good taste
– Waffle wore me out from his Q the day before, so if the workout was not hard enough he has to should all the blame. Heck, is it his fault for no gas too? LOL
