The Moleskine: Though, YHC is Carolina Blue, this workout is to the victorious team in Navy and White. Grip was back from spring break and ready to go. He chose the exercises for the Navy side (Mericans, Mountain Climbers, Squats…) , and YHC got the White (WWII Situps…). What a great start to a day: 2 miles of running, progressive pain stations and good fellowship!
