YHC began The Week of Usainity, celebrating 5 years in F3, with my very first post to The Monster Mile. What better way to pop that cherry than by not just Qing but doing The Murph with a modification.
The Thang
Ran 1 mile out & around to the condo development and looped back to the shelter.
Began with 10 Dips
20 Mericans
30 Squats
Repeato 9 times for total 100 Dips, 200 Mericans, 300 Squats.
Repeat the mile run.
Recover, Recover.

Not sad I waited 5 years to post to Mt. Mourne.
It may be another 5 years unitl I do it again. Waking at 4:45 on a school day sucks. The M was showing houses in Rutherford County. I think I drove further than her today.
