Two DR pax kept the streak of monthly runnings of The Vern alive at FKT. Here is their story:
Frodo ran the 12…errr 8 days of Christmas on the second Tuesday of December so we were due for The Vern. No takers for the Wheel of Unfortunate Q and a DR MQ and former MQ meant do it together but apart. The Vern is one of those workouts that spurs accountability and brings out your grit.
YHC subbed in burpees for pull-ups and hit the curbs of Marco Island for the dips. Also misjudged the run lengths and ended up with 5 miles. It was awesome & terrible at the same time.
