Both of us ran thestandard – though we started late as we were watiing for both Turnpike and Jolly, who had both liked the PB and the Standard PB – neither showed
Run up to Hopewell and do stuff in the parking lot – shared a bit about old Titan w/Gambini, oh the old glory days…
run through Tanners Creek, stop at sign for some exercises
long way aroung to playground by pool
more stuff – dips / swing crunches etc
run back to home base for some mary including a few long elbow planks
