I haven't q'd in a while, so today was long over due.  Not much mumble chatter as I'm sure the PAX were too busy having extra fun in Abramsland.  Everyone pushed themself in the work out and are better because of it.

Lesson for today is when there's opportuntiy to step up, when there's a need to be filled, be that guy who steps up.  Keep your eyes open for opportunity, and seize it.  Don't wait.  Act.
