14 Mighty pax braved the cool weather and possible rain, getting the day started off right together. Below are my memories, some of which are likely based in reality.

The thang: Outlaw inspired me this week at PAINinsula with THE Cylclone. So, the Mighty Jungle experienced THE Hurricane… same general event, different location: Each pax took a turn with block reps (round 1 shoulder press x 20, round 2 curls x 30, round 3 bent over rows x 40) and called out an exercise for remaining pax to do OYO… at least most were OYO… some did this IC with success. After every 3rd pax goes, all pax ran a lap (of course in a counterclockwise direction). I began the reps to give the pax an idea of what was in store. Omega was next and called burpees, which is when I questioned my decision to delegate to the pax. Some of the exercises called (sorry for those I miss; lots of great mumble chatter fogged my memory): merkins, diamond merkins, MM merkins, SSH, low flutter, dolly, lunges (forward and backward sets), bear crawl, WW2, WW2/stand w/o hands?, Peter Parker, LBC, jump squats, bear squats, Al Gore, Jane Fonda, pretzel crunch, Freddy Mercury. The MQ showed his displeasure with delegating much of my Q responsibilities to the pax by calling another lap while he did shoulder presses… or did he even do shoulder presses?.. we were too focused on running to notice. Almost completed 3 rounds, but had to mosey back to base a bit early. Made it back to base right as the bell rang, informing YHC to wrap it up.

Moleskin:
Omega’s dogs were happy to see Blackbeard, continuing sloppy exchanges for a 2nd week. A shot may be needed for that.
