5 PAX showed up this morning to brave my VQ! I tried to make it difficult but these guys are unshakeable!
5:25 – We start to gather and wait for Kosar to get out of his truck. We were waiting for my EH Soprano to show but we were disappointed (sorry Soprano, the guys made me throw a shot at you for your absence).
5:30 – Slingshot comes screaming into the parking lot and sprints to the start line.

-Kosar was the senior PAX on site and he outshined us all! The guy would probably give The Terminator a challenge! Respect!
-Baller showed up looking like a D1 athlete and worked out like one too!
-SlingShot continues to impress! I heard he has a 12+ mile mountain run this weekend and after this workout and IPC in the same week! Those legs have go to be sore but that doesn't stop him!
-Popcorn looked like a Navy Seal doing the Navy Seal Burpees! I know now why strangers ask if that's his career!
-My goal is to gain the endurance of Cherry Bomb! I started off strong and thought I could show him up but by lap 3 I'm slowing down and feeling "pukey" and sure enough here comes CB! The guy is a machine!
Overall, I had a great time! Strong group of men showed up to push each other! Feeling Blessed!
