Mosey to entrance of clubhouse parking lot on Mountain Cove Lane. Proceed with the Beast.
The Beast: Run up the hill on Mountain Cove Dr. (right out of clubhouse) and into the first cul-de-sac on the left. Stop at each of 3 mailboxes on hill and 3 mailboxes in cul-de-sac and do 6 reps of called exercise (merkins, SSH, burpees, squats, CDD's, lunges – 6 each leg). Run back down to launch point. Repeat 5 more times for total of 6 reps.
Mosey back to clubhouse parking lot entrance. Plank set – good one – had to be there for details. Run to 3 stations – one on left, one middle one on right. Perform 15 reps of the following at each station: man maker merkins, low dolly, burpees.
Mosey back to launch point on Mountain Cove Dr. 20 merkins IC. Run up hill backwards. 10 merkins IC. Run back down hill. 10 low slow squats. Run back up hill backwards. 10 merkins bombs (hands and feet off ground at top of merkin). Run down to clubhouse parking lot.
3 more stations – crunchy frogs, forgot the middle and LBC's.

Moleskin
- Praying for Surf and Turf and family. Surf's daughter is in the hospital and awaiting some test results after a high fever. They are hanging in so far based on my exchanges with Surf. We prayed for them today and will continue to hold them high in our prayers. Will keep everyone posted.
