Wait…. VQ doesn’t mean a lot of running?


Standard Launch at 6:30…. okay 6:35 I was late. Ran down to the backside of Hough, curled around and back to BRP.

Mosey to the other end of the parking lot:

Mosey to Bailey MS track: (yes the track is always open don't let anyone fool you like they tried to fool me)
Run 100yrds:
LBC: 20
Run 100yrds
Mericans: 15

Squats: 15 (Titan and Hall Monitor really liked my squats)
Run 100yrds
Burpee: 10

Mosey to stairs right outside BMS track:

Run up stairs: 1 step, 2 steps, Jump 2 steps

 

Very slow mosey to benches:
Dips
Incline Mericans
Step ups

 

Mosey around the back of BMS and up to the road:

Gave a show to the cars driving by doing The W, Low/High flutter…. I think you know which way we were facing

 

Mosey to railing near HHS baseball field:

Decline Mericans
Australian Pull Ups

 

Mosey to pull up bars behind Hough:
Pull-ups, shimmy across bar, more pull ups

 

Mosey to stadium

At this point there was a lot of talk about how much running we were doing and that we only had 20 minutes to get back so we ran up and down the stadium stairs with no breaks so we didn't lost any time!

 

Mosey back toward BMS, stopped on road for some ab stuff:

Not sure what happened here but once we got done and started moseying again all I heard was something about inappropriateness……
