Warm enough for shorts

Since it was 3 degrees warmer than yesterday I showed up in shorts, but we got after it and I never gave it a second thought after initial explanation of liability, which was a mockery with this group. 

Mosey one good lap, warm up SSH, ISS, long-snapper, windmill, mountain climbers, and 5 burpees OYO

Thang (partner up)

Partner 1 30 curls (10 low, 10 high, 10 full).   Partner 2 merkins AMRAP then switch—-Repeato, Three-peato (we got our 50 merkins and then some)

Partner 1 20 skull crushers. Partner 2 plain shoulder taps then switch —- repeato, three-peato 

Mosey to hill out back.

Partner 1 shoulder press AMRAP. Partner 2 run hill 3X then switch 

Partner 1 upright rows AMRAP. Partner 2 20 WW2's then switch 

Repeato both exercises 

Mosey to tires at cell tower

2 people did 5 tire flips while rest of the group did chest press. Rotate and then rotate again.

Mosey back to launch and recover recover. 

 

Pretty simple but yet effective. My pipes are already feeling it and the pecs should be a little tender tomorrow. Just the way I like it. Started March getting at least 50+ merkins in. Kosar probably got about 130 in. 

Minimal mumble chatter, which was appreciated. We did discuss upcoming Q v Q competition and I was enlightened to the key to winning.(buy coffee) Look forward to it. 

So many consistent guys that participate regularly. Glad that a random NC newbie like myself has found a place to belong. That's what F3 is about, getting fit, finding friends, and taking this to others.
