7 men escaped the warm fartsack and braved a 17 deg start time.  The QIC cranked up the body furnace while climbing the pyramid.

 

Warmup:

  • SSH x 16 IC
  • Burpees x 16 OYO
  • Tony Hawks x 15 IC

Thang: Pyramid Suicides – Start at bottom of parking lot.  Go to last line at bottom portion and then all 4 lines at top of lot.  Complete an increasing amount of exercises at each line.

  • Pyramid Suicide #1
    • Run the pyramid and start with 20 Mtn Climbers(each leg is a rep) with 60 at top line.
    • Backwards run the reverse pyramid – Q audible – 40 at the top with 0 at the bottom of pyramid.
  • Pyramid Suicide #2
    • Bear crawl the pyramid and start with 10 LBC at bottom and 50 at top line.
    • Walk crab/crab walk the reverse pyramid with 50 LBC at top and 10 LBC at bottom line.
  • Pyramid Suicide #3
    • High knees the pyramid and start with 5 ISW(each squat is a rep) with 5 at bottom line with 25 ISW at the top.  *Thanks Skipper for turning the heat up and suggesting more Reps!
    • Butt Kicker the reverse pyramid with 50 at top and 10 at bottom line.

Mary:

  • Stranded Turtles x 15 IC
  • Mason Twist – 1 min

Moleskin:

  • Huh? 16 Burpees? In Warmup? Yep!
  • A lot of head turning when Q proposes 60 Mtn Climbers at the top of the pyramid
  • Almost as many as when Bear crawl was called on the 2nd pass
  • Skipper – Seriously, go see a doctor about the flatulence.
