5 PAX for a D-Day inspired workout.   After researching some ideas on how Navy SEALS train, the following workout resulted.

The Thang

  • 400 Choice Warm up
  • 2 x 
    • 100 Free
    • 100 Side Stroke
    • 100 Breaststroke
    • 100 Backstroke
    • Tread water until the last PAX finishes the round
  • 200 swim getting out at each end
    • Deep end, 25 Merkins
    • Shallow end, 25 Squats
  • Cool Down
