YHC had music already set up. Thats the good news. Even though there are over 52 hand selected songs on my favorite music playlise, named "Q", the songs started repeating only 3 songs in. Then the music shut off wihtout reason about 4 times during the workout. Wierd.

At this time, I get Stapler to come over to help me get the Big Fat Tire out, but when I flipped it over, a wasp nest the size of my fist is revealed and the residents are not happy! YHC yells to Stapler to abort and we high-tail it out of there. Luckily, no injuries. Blackbeard plans to come back on exterminator duty. The duties of an MQ!

YHC did a count of 1 – 2 to get people to partner up. Could have just said partner up, but oh well.
Partner 1 farmer carries to first peninsula while Partner 2 bear crawls. Switch, crawl back.
P1 Farmer carries while P2 Lunge Walk, switch, return.
Risky Business upped the anti by doing lunge walk WITH two Cindy's farmer carry. Beast mode!

The Moleskin
Great time out there this morning. Weather was perfect.
Good to see Toxic back from his mountain adventures. We figure one day, he may not come back and just form some new AOs on Grandfather Mountain.
Stapler did a great job of chasing down Special Sauce on the second lap around the parking lot. Sauce put on the burners and executed a wings out weaving maneuver to keep him from passing him. Strong effort the though. Good hustle!
Q Note of the Day: Keep your head on a swivel out there. My M's parking lot at work got put on lock down by the SWAT team for an active shooter right when she was getting off work and would have been walking to her car. Luckily, they put the hospitial on lock down right before she walked over. Stay safe out there and be viligent!
