Normal warm up and then mosey to DUMC to grab a cinder block to do the following:
10 block 8 ct. body builders
20 curls
30 block swings
40 squat thrusts
50 LBCs
Mosey to the pull-up bars for 2 rounds of:
5 burpees
10 pull-ups
20 squats
30 lunges
Mosey back to DUMC to continue block work:
10 block 8 ct. body builders
20 skull crushers
30 block swings
40 squat thrusts
50 LBCs
(individual mary if you finished early)
Mosey back to the pull-up bars for a final round of:
5 burpees
10 pull-ups
20 squats
30 lunges
