It has been a few months since I have been to MJ so wanted to make sure I get in all the sights.

Headed back to the pull up bars and grabbed a block 

Warm up – stretching 

Stop #1 – blocks

10 shoulder press IC

10 skull crusher IC via Carpetbagger

Stop #2 – school 

Stretching from toxic via the pillars 

pulsating Balls to the wall 

airplane landers 

stop #3 – copperhead hill 

ladder to 11 WW2 at the bottom and Carolina dry  docks at the top 

stop #4 – roundabout 

Lunge walk 

stop #5 – up heartbeat hill 

stop #6 – stretch at the top of the roundabout 

stop #7 – rock pile for the a colt 45 special 

stop #8 – down travollta hill 

stop #9 – lunge walk at the roundabout 

stop #10 – back to the cars with another round of pigeon
