0510: 7 pax (Enron, Auto, Lego, DonHo, Frodo, YHC, and Turncoat) and 1 dog (Lotte) met the Standard for ~2 miles. There were far too many cars on the road and we were in danger almost immediately. Cars left, in front, behind us. One of which being Turncoat himself trying to mow us down in order to secure FKT (allegedly). Luckily, all pax got back to launch in one piece.
0529: Hoodie, Ducky, and Kachow had joined us. An explanation of the initial mile route was given. At 0530 we launched.
The 4Banger Thang
Mile 1: Run from Jason's Deli to Arnie's pull-up bars. Pull ups x 25 OYO. Run to blocks. OH Press x 50 OYO. Run a lap around the lot.
Mile 2: Run from Arnie's blocks to the top of Knox Hill. Bear crawl around the cul-de-sac. HR Merkins x 25 OYO. LBCs x 25 IC
Mile 3: Run from Knox Hill to Arnie's pull-up bars. Pull ups x 25 OYO. Run to blocks. OH Press x 50 OYO. Put away blocks. Low Flutter x 25 IC
Mile 4: Run from blocks to Jason's Deli. HR Merkins x 25. Plank hold for 1ish minute.

- Some time ago Freedom started the 4Banger. You run 4 miles and you stop between the miles. We basically did the same thing this morning *spongebob*
- Kachow secured FKT today. YHC tried to keep up. That was a mistake. Frodo had a chance to steal at the end but decided to save his strength for next week.
- Everyone pushed it today. Strong work getting in 4 miles with pain in 45 minutes. 50 pull ups and 50 HR merkins will put hair on your chest.
- Lotte pushed it hard at the beginning but wasn't expecting to run so much so fast. She was all tuckered out during CoT.
