Late and skinny sorry boys, just wanted to get everyone credit for that stupidity. We did some AMRAP bear-crawling, quadrafilia, and lunging up and down the Birkdale ramps with exercises at top and bottom. It sucked a lot, who would Q such a thing? I'm never going to a Jaws Q again.
