Started 2 minutes late to 9 lives disappointment. Caught a lot of mumble chatter for similarity to jaws q last week, but it did bring back fond memories of old Titan traditions that I had to honor. Started with IST, TS, DS, and large arm circles. Mosey to front of high school with curb kickers that resulted in a slight ankle roll by the q. Tantrum did me a solid and called WWII while I made sure I was ok. Dips and incline merkins followed to then get rocks. Switch of rocks occurred often as we mixed in 8 count body builders, low and high curls, skull crushers, chest press, and rock on ab sky lbcs. We also walked the parking lot zamporiny style with burpees giving you the option to put the rock down and take a break. I did no burpees but other did as well but may not have kept the rock up the whole time. You know who you were…..mosey over to get some slow deep squats and merkins in before going up and down the hill behind the track. Mixed up runs with side straddles and quadrephillia but a lot of mumble over down hill quadrephillia. Did some Mary turnpike and 9 lives choosing ones I never have done before (destroy your elbows and 100s). Finished up with people chair and airpress rotation and made up the 2 minutes owed in a plank to recover recover. It was great to Q again for the first time in a while.
