I was unsure that it would take the whole 45 so he said that we could share the Q as long as I did the backblast because he still hasn't done his last 2. 5:30am and we began:

- Block Burpees- PAX 1 does block burpees while PAX 2 bearcrawls the short length of the arbor. Switch and repeat. 50 total burpees
- Overhead press- PAX 1 does Overhead press while PAX 2 moseys the long length of the arbor. Switch and repeat. 100 total overhead press
BlockMerkins- PAX 1 doesblockmerkins while PAX 2 moseys the long length of the arbor. Switch and repeat. 150 totalblockmerkins- Big Boy Situps- PAX 1 does Big Boy Situps while PAX 2 Karaokes the long length of the arbor. Switch and repeat. 200 total BBS
- Block Squats- PAX 1 does block squats while PAX 2 Lunge walks the short length of the arbor. Switch and repeat. 250 total block squats.

Mater was thrilled with the shoulder workout, expecially the block burpees to start
Mater has decided to do Jane Fondas and Fire Hydrants every day to stretch his hips out.
I finally was able to say my age right and Mater thought I recently had a birthday (It was in August)
It was a pleasure to lead and be lead! Thanks Mater for making me stronger. I hope other PAX got stronger today wherever they are.
